{"id":28,"date":"2012-09-27T19:49:05","date_gmt":"2012-09-27T18:49:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tic.cegepat.qc.ca\/prevention\/?p=28"},"modified":"2012-11-28T08:24:26","modified_gmt":"2012-11-28T13:24:26","slug":"lautorite-administrative","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tic.cegepat.qc.ca\/prevention\/2012\/09\/27\/lautorite-administrative\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019autorit\u00e9 administrative"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">L\u2019autorit\u00e9 administrative se situe \u00e0 l\u2019un des trois niveaux suivants : <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">la Direction des ressources humaines est responsable du processus de traitement des plaintes relatives \u00e0 des situations de harc\u00e8lement ou de violence concernant des employ\u00e9s; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">la Direction des affaires \u00e9tudiantes est responsable du processus de traitement des plaintes relatives \u00e0 des situations de harc\u00e8lement ou de violence concernant des \u00e9tudiants du C\u00e9gep; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du C\u00e9gep est responsable du processus de traitement des plaintes relatives \u00e0 des situations de harc\u00e8lement ou de violence impliquant le personnel-cadre. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">R\u00f4le de l\u2019autorit\u00e9 administrative : <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">recevoir la plainte sign\u00e9e de la personne plaignante; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">informer la personne qui fait l\u2019objet de la plainte des comportements qui lui sont reproch\u00e9s (contenu de la plainte \u00e9crite) et de la fa\u00e7on dont sera trait\u00e9e la plainte; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">informer le sup\u00e9rieur imm\u00e9diat des deux parties concern\u00e9es; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">traiter la plainte avec diligence selon le processus \u00e9tabli.
