Il peut s\u2019agir de gestes, actes ou paroles r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es d\u2019un ou de plusieurs travailleurs \u00e0 l\u2019endroit d\u2019un ou de quelques-uns de leurs coll\u00e8gues.
